What started as a renovation for just the laundry room and lavette developed into a full kitchen, master bath, and basement overhaul for this client’s retirement home. The master bath was crafted to the highest standards and included a sizeable shower with mitered edge granite seats and radiant heated flooring. Cabinetry and floating vanities were also installed to evoke a modern feel. As for the kitchen, our team not only installed the floor-to-ceiling cabinets, but also the beautiful quartz island that stands out as the centerpiece of the room. After working closely with our flooring expert and our client, the decision was made to change the color of the kitchen flooring to sharpen the contrast against the rest of the space, creating this striking result.

Since our first project at this home in 2008, we have had the privilege of transforming numerous rooms and areas of the property for these happy clients. First, we took on their master bathroom, three additional full baths, and a lavette. These projects were followed by an entire kitchen renovation that saw an updated layout, gleaming floors, and consistent stylistic choices from the island to the nearby built-in bar. Next, we transformed the area over the garage by supplementing a dormer and window to allow for a bright and inviting space that could be used for a variety of purposes. Most recently we built a covered porch and two decks to perfectly complement the spacious backyard, which overlooks beautiful Wickford harbor.
